Daughter of James Somervill Tucker and Frances Jane (Stevenson) Tucker of Victoria Co., TX, Pearl came with her parents to old Greer County, OK Territory, in 1897, when 16 years old. She met her future husband, Roland Woolsey Summers, at a square dance in Eldorado, OK Territory, where they were soon married on Jan. 16, 1901. Pearl had a strong Christian character and was always busy at her own work or helping someone else. Children were Floyd, Lucille, and Dede.
