Mrs. Rosa Conlin Dies
Allen – Mrs. Rosa Conlin, of the Chalk Mound community, died Wednesday afternoon at 4:45 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John White in the Ozark community. She had been in failing health for two years.
No funeral arrangements have been announced.
Mrs. Conlin, a daughter of the late Washington and Rebecca Crawford, was born in Topeka, September 5, 1879. The family moved to near Bushong in 1891. She married Tom Conlin June 9, 1909, in Council Grove. She is survived by her husband, of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Leah White of the Ozark community; and one son, Thomas Conlin, of Eskridge. She also is survived by two granddaughters and four grandsons; one brother, F.M. Crawford of Denver, Colo., and one sister, Mrs. Luzetta Van Bibber, of Kansas City, Mo
