He is survived by his wife, Mrs Mary Vollmer Penney, two son, Robert of Maryland and Harry of Virginia; a brother, James Villiland; a sister Mrs Morris Klugman; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Burial in Assumption Cemetery.
