Irene was survived by four daughters, Nancy Caldwell, Patty (and her husband, Rusty) Miller, Roberta Combs, and Theresa (and her husband, Robert) Frantz; one son, Billy Joe Davis (and his companion, Angie Moore); ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Etta Lee Keith; one brother, Boyce Baker; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends, including her 16th great grandchild, who was due very soon.

THIS IS A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF IRENE,

I'd like the memory of me
to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an after glow
of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo
whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times
and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve,
to dry before the sun
of happy memories
that I leave when my life is done.
