They had two daughters, Catherine Adams of San Fransisco, California and Elizabeth Adams of Raleigh, North Carolina. She had two brothers, John "Jack" Howard Kent III of Decatur, Georgia and the late Richard Foster Kent of Atlanta, Georgia.
