Karen LaRue (Kallberg) Rosselit ('54), devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, joined the Church Triumphant peacefully, surrounded by family on February 8, 2019. Karen was born in Minneapolis on February 10, 1937 to Chester A. and Beatrice E. Kallberg. She grew up in South Minneapolis, attending Minnehaha Academy and the University of Minnesota. She spent 36 years as an Elementary and Special Education teacher in the Minneapolis Public School system, retiring in 1996 as a third-grade teacher in the same school where she attended as a student. Preceded in death by loving husband of 52 years, Bill. Survived by son, LtCol. Kurt S. Rosselit, USAF, (Ret) (Tammy); daughter, Kari M. ; grandchildren, Caleb and Rachel Walker, Abigail and Grant Rosselit, Tom Walker, III; sister, Beatrice Elaine Erickson (Allan); nieces, grand nieces, grand nephews, and many relatives and friends.
