Jeanne Ann Morelli
Services will be Wednesday for Jeanne Ann Morelli, who died Saturday at her home in Santa Cruz after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was 55.
A native of Santa Cruz she graduated from Santa Cruz High School and attended Cabrillo College.
A member of Imperial Courts Tennis Club, she learned to play tennis at age 35 and became accomplished in a very short time. In 1990 she advanced with her team to the National Championship Amateur Tournament in Palm Springs. She also enjoyed playing cards and was a member of the Santa Cruz Bridge Club.
Mrs. Morelli was office manager for Bowman Williams Cival Engineer Firm for many years and recently was the bookkeeper for the family agricultural business.
She id survived by her husband of 34 years, Mac Morelli Jr. of Santa Cruz; daughter Maegan Morelli of Santa Cruz; mother Andrina Rodoni of Santa Cruz; brothers Maria and Elio Rodoni of Santa Cruz; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at mnoon at Holy Cross Church, 126 High St., Santa Cruz. Burial will follow at Holy Gross Mausoleum in Santa Cruz.
Arrangements are handled by Normans Family chapel, 3620 Soquel Drive, Soquel.
Rememberances are preferred to the Jeanne Morelli Memorial Scholarship Fund at Santa Cruz High School, c/o Rhana Molfino 415 Walnut Ave., Santa Cruz 95060.
