Lorraine M. Albernaz 82 of Fall River, passed away on Feb. 9th. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Arruda) and Frank Arruda. A Homemaker, she had also worked at the former Coachman restaurant as a hat checker.
A Gold Star mother, she was affiliated with the VFW Post 5392.
She is survived by 2 sons Gregory Soares (wife Cathy) and Artie Albernaz (wife Alicia).

In addition, she leaves her grandchildren Ryan Soares (wife Devyn), Kyle Soares, Ethan Albernaz, Aiden Albernaz. She also leaves a special niece Sheila Mulcahy.
She is survived by a brother Edward Arruda. Late siblings are Richard and Frank Arruda.
