Wynelle Levada Cobb Ingram (Winnie) of St Augustine, Florida passed away at age 99.

Born in 1921 in Birmingham Alabama. Attended Phillips High School.

She was one of four sisters that formed the "Cobb Sisters Quartet" as teens singing Southern Gospel at various venues and had a radio program on WAPI in Birmingham. She served in the American Red Cross in the Philippines in 1945 during WWII.

After returning home to Birmingham she met and married John Bert Ingram in 1947. They honeymooned in Jacksonville Florida and soon moved there staying until 1979 when they moved to St. Augustine to their house that John built.

She was in banking for over 50 years, retiring as an officer of Barnett Bank in 2005. She was voted "Woman of the Year" by American Business Women's Association in 1978. She was active in many groups including Anastasia Chapter Garden Club (Hibiscus Circle), Ancient City Chapter UDC, Art Association, Women's League, and Emma Guild. She sang in the choir at First United Methodist Church since 1991. She often sang solos including "O Holy Night" every Christmas Eve. She loved painting, floral design and socializing. She was loved and will be missed by many family and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents: Levada Emma Watts Cobb (1895-1977) and Etherage Alexander Cobb (1894-1977); sisters: Vera Lightsey (1918-2003), Cora Ella Lewis (1919-2010), Mary Gregory (1926-2008); husband John Bert Ingram (1916-1995); daughter Wynne Lucille Tatman.

Survived by children: Jeffrey Brian Ingram, Laura Lou Tuggle (Rickie), Etheridge Alexander Ingram (Beth). Grandchildren: Jennifer Torres, Jonathon Stevens, Shawn Ingram, Josh Ingram, John Tatman, Erica Tuggle Casey, Ryan Tuggle, Michelle Tuggle, Eric Ingram, Emmitt Ingram. Great grandchildren: Cole McGinlay, Dakotah McGinlay, Marley Tatman, Tyler Tatman. Several nieces, nephews and extended loving family and friends. Graveside service will be Friday, October 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery.

She will join her husband John and other family at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
