Mrs. Koesel, a longtime resident of the Deer Park/Milan/Chattaroy area, died Wednesday. She was born in Cashton, Wisconsin.
She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Mary's Presentation Catholic Church and Altar Society, and Valley Prairie Grange No. 827.
Her husband, Raymond Koesel, died in 1993. Mrs. Koesel was also preceded in death by a sister, Alice Koenigs.
Survivors include two sons, Dr. Dennis (Nola) Koesel and Dr. Dean (Anna) Koesel, both of Deer Park; four daughters, Judy Koesel of Deer Park, and Lois (Pat) Hare, Kay (William) Hajostek and Susan (John) Zentz, all of Chattaroy; a brother, Arthur Bierig of Spokane; two sisters, Ruby Dolliver of Yakima and Joan Neidhardt of Richardton, North Dakota; a brother-in-law, Al Koenigs of Spokane; and 16 grandchildren.
