James Allen Burley “Jimmy” was born May 19, 1979 in SandPoint, Idaho.
Jimmy departed life in Elkins, AR at his home on October 16, 2020 at the age of 41.

Jimmy was loved and he loved so many, but none more than his nieces and nephews, they were the light of his life. Each one holding a special place in his heart. He loved each and everyone of them as if they were his own. He loved to be outdoors, landscaping and working on old trucks. He loved all his friends and never met a stranger, always willing to give a hand to anyone in need. His dogs were his greatest companions. One of his friends said “He taught me to accept what life had dealt you and rise above it. Not once did he ever let his disability get him down or stop him from doing what he wanted to do, I really looked-up to him.” No matter what went on in his life he always had a plan for tomorrow!

Jimmy is preceded in death by his dad, Larry Kellar; a nephew, Adam Summers; and his maternal grandparents, Thelma Flowerday and Dean Burley.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Burley of Casa Grande, AZ; his mother, Jena Swan (Steve) of Fayetteville, AR; sister, Sharlene “Krissy” Hamilton (Matt) of Mammoth Spring, AR; brother, Aaron Kellar (LeAnne) of Fayetteville, AR; sister, Juliann “Julie” Bailey of Fayetteville, AR; a stepbrother, Paul Swan; nieces, Rhylee (Goose) Faux, Riverlyn (Moobiloo) Jones, Raygen (Bam bam) Kellar and Calypso (Cletus) Faux; his nephews, Hunter (Beanpole) Hamilton, Colton (Butterball) Hamilton, Zayden (Zay Mator) Jones, Evan (Sabu) Summers and Clan (Grunt) Faux; his “boys” Zeus and Titus; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. He will be missed and remembered by all that knew him.

Pallbearers are Charlie Faux, Paul Kellar, Jobe McLarty, Jimmy Davis, Randal Burley and Nathan Adams. Honorary pallbearers are Sharlene Hamilton, Aaron Kellar, Juliann Bailey, Matt Hamilton, Steve Swan and Paul Swan.
