Billie Adkins , age 89, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away in peace Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at his home, with his family around him.
Billie was born August 18, 1931 in Midkiff, West Virginia to Bernie and Isabelle Yeager Adkins.

Billie is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Bernie Lynn Adkins; siblings, Chester, Mildred, Mabel, Herman, Philip, Mauna, Myrtle, Myrl, Nathan, Bobby and Lonnie.

Billie is survived by his loving wife, of 60 years, Eula Faye Rochelle Adkins; a daughter, Brenda Gail Clinton and husband Rocky, four grandchildren, Jacob (Adriel) Adkins, Janna Pittman, Joseph Adkins and Tiffany (Brandon) Jetton; six great grandchildren, Madison, Connor, Hunter, Brooklyn, Ashlyn, and Tobin; three sisters, Naomi Thacker, Maxine Wilkins, and Wilma English; and many nieces and nephews, and adopted kids and grandkids he loved.
Billie served 8 years in the United States Air Force. He spent 22 years at the Climax Molybdenum mine followed by work for PCL Construction. He worked as a greeter for 28 years at Springdale Wal Mart and Sam’s Wholesale and became a big part of the community. Billie loved sports, outdoors and the mountains. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He played and coached bowling, softball and supported the ski team. He loved the Lord and good old gospel singing. He will be greatly missed by many.

Visitation: Thursday, October 29 at Westfield Chapel 5-7 P.M.
Service: Friday, October 30, 2020 Springdale First Assembly videos and pictures will start at 9:30 and service begins at 10 A.M
