William Curtis, graduated Seattle Prep in the class of 61. At the age of 20, He married Anne C Kealy on 20 Jul 1963 in St. John Chrysostom 's in Seattle. His classmate from Prep, Peter Torelli , was his best man. Anne survives him. They lived in Sea-Tac and then Gig Harbor.

Peter adds this about his life long friend Curt: He was my best friend from grade school at Mt. Virgin grade school, an old Italian mission church at the foot of Mt. Baker and the entrance to the tunnel to the Mercer Island bridge. We had the encouragement of Father Gerald Evoy at Mt. Virgin to continue with our Jesuit education at Seattle Prep. Our best athlete Joe Goudeau was and still is remembered at Prep, and graduated with our class of 1961. Unfortunately, Curt had an emergency illness on October 14th and was taken by Medic 1 to Tacoma General. He was diagnosed with an acute rupture of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm. Because of his preceding heart problems and the very rapid bleed he died very soon after diagnosis. His oldest son Michael gave me this detail at the gravesite. I wish I would have seen Mike Nolan there but missed him. God Bless Curt and his family.
