She was born on Dec. 29, 1915, in Alton, the daughter of the late John and Hilda Schulze Kaeser.
She married Elmer James Keltner on April 18, 1942, in Macon, Ga., while her husband was stationed in the Army during World War II. He preceded her in death on Jan. 16, 2003.
She is survived by a son: James Keltner of Edwardsville; and extended family of cousins and friends.
Mrs. Keltner was a secretary at Mindrup Motors after high school. She was also a school bus aide from the mid-1970s to 1985.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, March 2, at Saksa Mateer Funeral Home in Edwardsville.
Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 2, at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Edwardsville.
