Mayfield, Ky.– Services for Thomas Frank Carrico, 66, of Mayfield Rt. 2, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The Rev. Pete Chiodo will officiate with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Mr. Carrico died at 8:40 a.m. Saturday at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

Mr. Carrico is survived by his wife, Lucille Carrico; five sons, Tommy Carrico, Bob Carrico, Phil Carrico, Craig Carrico and John Carrico, all of Mayfield; three daughters, Shelia Walden of High Springs, Fla., Cathy Carrico of Paducah, and Joan Watson of La Center; five brothers, Randal Carrico of Mayfield, and Leon Carrico, Harold Carrico, Rudy Carrico and Ignatius Carrico, all of Fancy Farm; four sisters, Teresa Skinner, Pat Hobbs and Betty Thompson, all of Fancy Farm, and Ann Hayden of Mayfield, and 12 grandchildren.

Mr. Carrico was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Retired as manager of Barton's Clothing Store, he was a World War II veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart.

Prayers will be said at 7 p.m. today at Roberts Funeral Home.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.
