Vicki Kelly, 64, wife of Danny Kelly, of Ashland, Kentucky, died Tuesday morning, November 10th at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Vicki was born November 20, 1955 in Ashland, a daughter of the late Willis ‘Wick’ Blevins, Sr. and the late Bonnie Hall. She was also preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her step mother; Louise Potter Blevins, and a step brother; Willis ‘Les’ Blevins, Jr. Vicki was a former employee of Daniels Bakery and was the Secretary of Oakview Elementary School for 25 years. She attended First Baptist Church of Russell. Surviving, in addition to her husband, include a daughter; Cynthia Renee Kelly of Ashland, Kentucky. A step brother; Buford McCallister of South Point, Ohio, and a sister; Linda Parks of Ashland, Kentucky. Funeral services are tentatively set for Tuesday, November 17th. Burial will be in the Blevins Family Cemetery.
