Patsy A. "Pat" Swank, age 90, of Troy, OH passed away on January 26, 2024 at her residence. She was born on August 8, 1933 in Fletcher to the late Paul C. and Mary (Miller) Ross.
Pat is survived by her daughter: Tracy Horn; son: Eric Swank; grandchildren: Abigail Horn, Alexander Horn, Ami Morris and Julia Gray; great grandchildren: Memphis, Knox and Charlotte Morris and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years of marriage: Allan R. Swank; son-in-law: Gary Horn and sisters: Shirley Worthington and Clara Nelson.
She was a graduate of Brown Township School in Miami County. She retired after 32 years of service with M&R Hallmark in Troy. She was a longtime active member of the First United Methodist Church in Troy and the Grandmother's Club. She was known as the queen of making peanut brittle.
A Celebration of Life will take place from 12:30-2:30 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2024, in the Agape Room at First Place, 16 West Franklin Street, Troy. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church or First Place Food Pantry.
