Judith “Judy” Dvorachek, 58, Green Bay resident died Thursday May 5, 2011 at an area hospital. She was born May 16, 1952, daughter of Delores (nee Heinzen) and the late Emil Dvorachek.
Survivors include her mother, Delores Dvorachek, Manitowoc; one brother, Ronald (Kathy), Manitowoc; two sisters, Barbara (Don) Melvin, LaFarge, Wisconsin; Joan (Ron) Tobianski, Saukville, WI; nieces and nephews, Erica Dvorachek, Seattle, WA; Michael (Kim) Dvorachek, Milwaukee; Steven Dvorachek, Milwaukee; Marie Tobianski, Saukville; grandniece Megan Dvorachek, Milwaukee.
Private family services were held at Proko-Wall Funeral Home in Green Bay with Rev Paul Demuth presiding. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Reedsville, WI.
In Judy’s honor, a memorial fund has been established with donations being given for Lung cancer research.
