Heather Meade Adams, age 39, of Crestview went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. She was born in Columbus, OH, on December 20, 1973, and has lived in Crestview for 31 years.
Her laugh and personality was infectious. Heather loved life and loved meeting people, she never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband Tommy Adams, her parents, Bro. Ron and Sister Shirley Meade, and her sister Stephanie Meade McAvoy. Also surviving are a host of friends whom she dearly loved.
The celebration of Heather's life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home. A time of visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family askes that donations be made to Lakewood School, 6250 Old Bethel Road, Crestview, Florida.
Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview.
