Mary Cecelia (Cross) Kergan passed away Wednesday August 15, 2007. Mary was born April 30, 1914 in Moose Jaw. She married Bill Kergan and they were together for 61 years. Mary was employed on an assembly line for aircraft in Fort William during WWII. Upon her return to Moose Jaw, she was a hairdresser in a few different locations before becoming employed at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital until her retirement.
Mary is predeceased by her husband Bill in 2004; her father (WWI) 1917, her mother in 1957, two brothers Art and Bill; and a sister Dione. She is survived by sister-in-law, Ruth Kergan, and many special nieces and nephews including, Jack, Kelly and Guy Kergan, Kerry Mortenson, Holly Wandell, Doris Wakefield, and Don Lehr. A genuinely loving individual to all, Mary cared for many family members and was a special mother figure to all her nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services held at St. Aidan Anglican Church, 124 First Ave. N.E., on Tuesday August 21, 2007.
