Kelsey was filled with joy; she loved, she laughed and her smile, smirk and giggle will never be forgotten. Her parents were so blessed by God for 16 years to have been given such a wonderful child.

A walk-through visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Huber Heights Church of God, 6900 Brandt Pike, where a celebration of her life service will begin at 12:00 pm.
