Martin S. Bugyi, age 84 years, of Flemington, NJ, died Friday, May 3, 2019, in the Hunterdon Medical Center.

A lifelong resident of the Flemington area, he was born April 30, 1935, son of the late Stephen and Eva Voss Bugyi and was a graduate of Flemington High School, Class of 1953.

Martin served with the US Air Force 1955-1958 and, after his honorable discharge from service, was employed over thirty years as a mechanic with Foley Machinery, Piscataway, NJ.

Martin was a member of the Flemington Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his wife of sixty-two years, Ruth Ann Bolton Bugyi; a daughter, Brenda Worthington of Califon, NJ; two sons, Mark Bugyi of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Martin Peter Bugyi of Tobyhanna, PA; a sister, Mary Michener of Doylestown, PA.; a brother, George Bugyi of Southern Shores, NC; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
