Bonnie J. Carr 83, of Studio City, CA, passed away Nov. 3, 2020, of complications from COVID- 19.

She is survived by her son Stephen Carr (Kathleen), her grandchildren Amanda and Ryan all of Moorpark, CA, sister-in-law Shirley Carr Passman and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bonnie was born in Bakersfield, CA on Jan. 8, 1937, to L.D and Edith Burton. She was raised in Kansas City, KS then moved to Studio City, CA in 1963.

She was preceded in death by both her parents and her husband of 56 years, Abe (Ed) Carr, infant children, Rebecca and Adam Carr, sister Brenda Burton and her brother, Willie Burton (Shirley).

While in Kansas City, Bonnie worked for Buena Vista Film distribution company and was a secretary for the Kansas City Chiefs. Bonnie found her calling in life when in 1973 she got her real estate license. For the next 40 years, she sold homes in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and Toluca Lake. She was very well respected in real estate, with numerous awards and recognized as one of the top agents in the San Fernando Valley.

She will be very much missed by her family and friends. A private service was held November 6, 2020 at Mount Sinai Memorial Parks, Los Angeles, CA.
