Anna Lou Brotherton Hindman
11 August 1881 ~ 25 January 1964

Mrs. Anna Lou Hindman, 82 years old, of the Redings Mill community, died at 9:15 o'clock Saturday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Emma Lee Williams, of Cahokia, Ill.

She was a member of the Central Assembly of God church and long time resident of Joplin.

In addition to the daughter she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Mary Powell of Parsons, Kan.; three sons, Floyd Hindman, 315 North Harlem avenue, Byron Hindman of Kansas City, and Harold Hindman, 1831 Bird avenue; a brother, Homer Brotherton of Joplin; two sisters, Mrs. Allie Russell of Redings Mill and Mrs. Lou Woods (Lula Wood) of Joplin; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be announced by Mason chapel.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lou Hindman, 82, Redings Mill, will be held a 3:30 o'clock this afternoon in Mason chapel. The Rev. Lester Duncan will officiate.

Burial will be at Hillcrest cemetery, Galena, Kan.

Mrs. Hindman died January 25 at Cahokia, Ill.
