He was born on March 21, 1941 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Roman Edward and Catherine Elizabeth Strite Williams.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia May Gosnell Williams on March 3, 2017.
He was employed by Ellerslie Farm in Downsville, MD since 1957 until his retirement.
Albert was a veteran of the Army National Guard.
He was of the Pentecostal Faith.
He is survived by his daughter Lavonna D. Cochran and her husband Walter of Frederick, MD; son Ted E. Williams of Baltimore, MD; sister F. Elizabeth Flook of Boonsboro, MD; sister Ruby E. Robinson of Martinsburg, WV; brother Earl E. Williams of Williamsport, MD; grandson Roger Cochran and his wife Kimberly; great granddaughter Brooke E. Cochran; nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was predeceased by two infant daughters Lavonna and Julia Williams; brother Roman E. Williams, Jr.
The Osborne Funeral Home will be open on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for the convenience of family and friends.
Albert will be interred privately beside his wife at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
