Preceded in death by parents Willard Collins Sr. and Margaret Bailey, brother Donald Collins. Survived by devoted daughters and sons-in-law, Valerie A. and Earl Baker, Donna and Daryl Cummings; brothers, Virgil Collins and Willard (Lillie) Collins; cousin, Charles (Virginia) Collins; grandchildren, Earl Romero Baker, Ryan Baker, India, Stephen, Stephanie and LaTonia Cummings; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Thursday 8 p.m., chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St. Friends may call Thursday after 12noon at the mortuary, where the family will receive friends 6:30 p.m. until time of service. Interment Friday 10 a.m., Green Lawn Cemetery.
