Elizabeth KEARNEY immigrated to New York City with her sister, Kate and brother Patrick in the 1870's, settling in Brooklyn. She married John Curtin in the 1880's and had several children. Only one daughter, Margaret, survived to adulthood. Elizabeth and her daughter lived in Atlantic Highlands in the 1890's after she and her husband, John CURTIN separated. Her daughter, Margaret and cousin, Kate GRAHAM Mason were very close. When ELizabeth was ill, her niece Kate GRAHAM Mason looked after her. Elizabeth KEARNEY Curtin was buried in the Graham Family plot, along with her sister, Kate KEARNEY Graham, (ID 144761860) her neice, Kate GRAHAM Mason, and the MASON family. Kate and Elizabeth's brother, Patrick Kearney (ID 173407497) was buried with his his family at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
