Darlene A. Crass, age 74, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, December 4, 2020, at Reid Health.
Born September 30, 1946, in Richmond, Indiana, to Keith and Laura Thompson Bostick, Darlene was a life-long resident of this community. She graduated from Richmond High School in 1964. Darlene retired from Belden, after 43 years of service. She enjoyed playing bingo, going camping and boating, and having breakfast with her friends at the Welcome Inn Bar & Grill. Darlene loved spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Z.B. Crass; sons, Jason and Nick Crass, both of Richmond; daughter-in-law, Lynne Crass of Richmond; grandchildren, Megan, Addy, Brody, Shayla, and Devin Crass and Dusty Letts; siblings, Bill Griffin of California, John Griffin of Indiana, and Salley Mays of Richmond; niece, Kathy Dow; nephew, Chris Griffin; cousins; and many friends, including special friend, Carolyn Cruse of Richmond.
She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Crass; grandson, Layton Crass; mother; father; and stepmother, Bessie Bostick.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we regret to inform you that services for Darlene A. Crass will be private with Chaplain Rick Alvey officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
