The deceased was laid to rest this morning at the Catholic Cemetery.

STATE OF WISCONSIN-COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY. In Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Walburga Notz deceased.

An instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Walburga Notz of the Town of Manitowoc in said county, having been delivered into said court:
And John Franz of Manitowoc Wis., in said county, having presented to said court his petition in writing, duly verified, representing among ther (sic) things, that said Walburga Notz died testate, at the Town of Manitowoc, in said county, on the 4th day of January 1897; that said instrument is the last will of said deceased, and that John Franz is named therein as executor, and praying that said instrument be proven and admitted to probate and that letters testamentary be thereon issued to John Franz.
It is ordered, that said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said last will and testament be taken at a general term of said county court to be held at the probate office in the city of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the sixteenth day of February 1897, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is further ordered: That notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by publication hereof for three successive weeks, once each week previous to the time of said hearing in the Manitowoc Pilot a newspaper published in said Manitowoc County.

STATE OF WISCONSIN-IN COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY; In Probate.
In the Matter of the Estate of Walburga Notz, deceased, Testate.

On reading and filing the petition of Barthel Notz, of the City of Manitowoc, in said County representing among other things that John Franz, of the City and County aforesaid, sole Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Walburga Notz, deceased, of the Town and County of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, has died, causing a vacancy in the office of executor of said will, and leaving estate still to be administered, that administration of the same is necessary for the accomplishment of the trust created by said will, and that the petitioner is a grandson and beneficiary under the will of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate not already administered be to Charles A. Drumm granted:
It is ordered, That said petition be heard, at a Special term of said County Court, to be held on Tuesday, the 8th day of January, A.D., 1907, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the office of the County Judge, in the City of Manitowoc, in said County,
Ordered Further, that notice of the time and place so appointed be given to all persons interested by publication hereof for three weeks successively, prior to said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper published at the City of Manitowoc, in said County.
