Atlanta, Michigan-- Wanda Lee Parks Deevey, 84, died March 25, 2007 at her home. She was born May 19, 1922 in Marion, IL to Rudy and Nellie Barnes Stout. She was a retired bookkeeper with over 40 years of service, and was a former office executive for Grant's in Clarkston. She enjoyed camping, sewing, knitting, and water skiing. She also enjoyed fishing, and was a longtime record holder for a Northern Pike caught on a worm. She was a University of Michigan fan, and liked attending her children and grandchildren's sporting events. She was a former Detroit resident, and had lived in Atlanta since 1988.

Survivors include a son, LeRoy (Bonnie) Parks of Howell; a daughter-in-law, Jeanne Parks of Atlanta; a son-in-law, Stuart Pickering of Rochester; a brother, Rudy Stout of Marion, IL; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by three husbands, Jay Parks, Pete Venters, and Don Deevey; a daughter, Dixie Pickering; a son, John Parks; and a sister, Lena Barger.

Interment was at Avery Township Cemetery under the direction of Green Funeral Home.
