Verble, Linda born December 1, 1937 in Shreveport, LA and passed away September 6, 2015 in Rowlett, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband John.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mom was also witty, intelligent and musically talented. Linda was a member of the Sachse Methodist Church in Sachse, TX. Linda was a teacher at Garland ISD for twenty-one years from 1977 to 1998.

Survived by son Vic and his wife Tina; daughter Dana Fischer; grandsons, Victor and Jacob Verble; granddaughter, Kati and her husband Daniel Wood; great grandson, Jackson; brother, Dr. Richard Tenney and his wife Patricia; brother in law and sister in law, Les and Patti Massey and several nieces and nephews.

Inurnment will take place at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Restland Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
