Carolyn “Susie” Sprowl, age 62, of Huntington, went to be with her Lord Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 7:43 pm at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. She graduated from Huntington North High School in 1977. Susie and her husband Clyde owned C & B PWB Design Services. She was a devout Christian, devoted to her family, and enjoyed extreme couponing. Susie was born November 15, 1958, in London, KY, a daughter of Arvil & Helen (Downey) Asher. On October 14, 1979 she married her beloved husband of 40 years Clyde Sprowl in LaFollette, TN. He passed away September 30, 2019. Surviving are a son Blaise Sprowl of Huntington, granddaughters Mia and Estrella Sprowl of Huntington, sisters Theresa (Bill) Kinsey and Brenda Hoover both of Huntington, brothers Ed (Tina) Asher of Huntington, Jesse Asher of Andrews, Wayne Asher of Huntington, Harley (Kelsey) Asher of Andrews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brother-in-law Dave Hoover. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 17 from 12-2 pm preceding the 2:00 pm funeral service at Deal-Rice Funeral Homes- Huntington Chapel. Pastor Brunk Conley will officiate. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery, Warren. Preferred memorials are to the Family c/o Deal-Rice Funeral Home, 338 E. Washington, Huntington, IN 46750.
