She was the wife of the late Robert S. King, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage.
Born in Troutdale, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Staley and Flora Halsey Anderson.
Donna was a faithful member of the New Life Faith Center Church, Port Deposit, Maryland.
She is survived by her six children, Doris King and Joan Perry of Rising Sun, Rebecca Vines of Oxford, Yvonne Walters of Oxford, Angela Weaver of Oxford and Terrence King of Virginia; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Dwight Anderson of Ann Arbor, MI; and one sister, Zettie Mae Kautz of Roanoke, VA.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, 29 Dec 2008, at the New Life Faith Center Church, 1820 Jacob Tome Memorial Highway, Port Deposit, Maryland.
Friends and family may call on Sunday, from 6-8 p.m., at the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine Street, Oxford, Pennsylvania.
Interment will be in the Nottingham Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Nottingham.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for the care of her daughter, Doris King, in care of Angela Weaver, 1478 State Road, Oxford, Pennsylvania 19363.
Arrangements are being handled by the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc., Oxford.
