STEPHEN T. SUNDAY A 36-year resident of Pleasanton, passed away Friday, November 17, 2006 In Pleasanton. Born on September 29, 1953 in Kansas, he was 53. Steve graduated from San Ramon High School. In his younger years he was active in professional rodeos, member of PRCA - Gold card member. Steve loved to fish, both ocean and fresh water fishing. He was very proud of his Cherokee heritage as well as his Irish heritage. He worked for 30 years driving trucks and, most recently, worked for Pacific Motor Trucking. Steve will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survived by his sister, Nancy Sunday of Castro Valley; brother, Keevan Sunday of Clements and sister-in-law, Kathy Sunday of Clements. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Ty and Brett, Matt Sunday and family, Mrs. Julie McKay and her husband, Rick plus many cousins and other family members. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 25, 1 - 7 p.m. at Livermore-Pleasanton Rod & Gun Club, 4000 Dagnino Rd., Livermore. Inurnment Tuesday, November 28, 12 noon at Alamo-Lafayette Cemetery, 130 El Portal, Danville. Callaghan Mortuary 925-447-2942.
