Josh was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, was owner of Windows Direct USA in Louisville and Lexington, attended St. Thomas Catholic Church and was an avid UK fan.
He is survived by his parents, Mickey and Lillie Pettit of Bardstown, his sister, Tabetha Pettit (Jamie) Hawkins of New Haven, his dog, Dex that was his child to him, and his niece, Abigail Pettit.
A Mass of Christian burial for Mr. Joshua Michael “Josh” Pettit will be 1:30 pm Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. Thomas Catholic Church. Fr. Jason Harris, celebrant. Interment will be in St. Thomas Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 am -1:00 pm at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, who is in charge of arrangements.
