A Memorial Service will be held 11:30AM, Friday, Sept. 21, 2018 Hankamer Community Fellowship Church 2844 FM 1663 Rd, Hankamer, TX. Rev. Len Shoemaker will be officiating the service.

Carol Sue Bradley was born in Liberty, Texas on October 17, 1943. She grew up in Hankamer and went to school in Anahuac. She moved to Natchez, Mississippi when she was twenty.

When Sue was twenty where she worked at a veterinarian clinic and helped raise the Vet's children. In 1983, while Sue and her beloved Chihuahua Katy Elizabeth were visiting Pat & David at their ranch in Devers, she met John Bradley. They went to the movies for their first date and Dad slept the whole time. She asked him to take her home because she wasn't interested in him, but. Dad didn't give up and said he was going to marry her. A week later she said, “yes” and they were happily married three weeks later. She loved to cook, and he loved to eat, so they were a match made in Heaven. Sue spent most of her time working at the feed store, working on flower beds, decorating homes, baking beautiful cakes, making floral arrangements and loving on kids and dogs. She was loved by everyone and will dearly missed.

She was proceeded in death by her parents: George Curtis Barrow, Sr. and Kathryn Margaret Blackwell Barrow; Husband: John Bradley; Sisters: Maxine Abraham, Marilyn Jean Barrow, Carolyn Barrow, and Linda Lou Leist; Stepson: Scott Bradley; Niece: Patty Barrow and Nephew: Nick Barrow.

She is survived by her Brothers: Buddy and his wife Barbara, Allen and his wife Bobbie, David and his wife Pat; Step daughters: Mandy Havard and Sarah Golleher and a host of beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
