Alivea LaZhea Benton Abney, 26, of Lexington, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Lexington, the daughter of Octavius Benton of Gulf Port, Mississppi and Ronelle Young of Lexington.

Alivea was a graduate of Henry Clay High School. She loved drawing, cooking, baking and dancing. She also enjoyed playing the xbox and anything Anime.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Ronnie Young and maternal great grandfather A.B. Butcher

Including her parents she is survived by her husband, Danny Lee Abney, her two precious daughters; Elizabeth Renee Combs and Mileena Leeanna-Faye Abney, four brothers Kaden Ilan Noel Gray of Lexington, Octavius Benton JR, Sean Benton and Dametrius Benton all of Gulf Port, two sisters; Dasia Arie Gray of Lexington and LaShea Benton of Gulf Port, maternal grandmother, Debbie Young (Asher Combs) of Lexington, paternal grandmother Janet Penman of Gulf Port. Survivors also include her maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Butcher and her great uncle, Steve Butcher both of Owingsville, Kentucky.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, Jan 3, 2021 at the Owingsville Cemetery with Rev. Lowell Rice Officiating.

Pallbearers will include Octavius Benton, Octavius Benton JR, Asher Combs, Steve Butcher, Chris Butcher, Jimmy Morton, Jeff Harrison and Moses Allen.
