Milo was born to Cecil and Alma Stallcop in Libby, Montana on January 11, 1937. He grew up on the family ranch east of Spokane, Washington and married his high school sweetheart, Virginia Hargrove, in 1954. They had four children. Milo attended San Jose State University and spent his work career in the electronic engineering field, retiring from his own company in Lynnwood, Washington in 2016. In retirement, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, including fellowship at his church, Advent Lutheran, and activities at his senior apartment.

Milo was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 59 years, Virginia Stallcop in 2014; his brothers, James Stallcop and Edward Stallcop; and daughter-in-law, Nida Stallcop. He is survived by his four children, Marilyn Burns (Rick), Carol Bowen (Scott), Steve Stallcop, and Keith Stallcop; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Candys Hayes; brother, Cecil Stallcop (Marietta); and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Private graveside service will be held January 6, 2021.
