William Cody Waters, a student of Bel-Air school in Athens, Texas, entered into rest on August 1, 2005 with his mother by his side. He was laid to rest on August 5, 2005 at Athens Cemetery. He is survived by his parents, Scott E. and Kristine A. Waters, both of Athens; two sisters, Rebecca Lynn and Christina Marie, both of Athens; and a brother, Scott E. Waters Jr., of Athens.
