Mr. England, Obituary:

Mt. Olivet - Noah Colvin England, 79, a resident of Leitchfield, Ky., died at 6:10 a.m. Saturday, in the Grayson County Hospital. He had been suffering from a long illness.

He was born in Robertson County on Aug. 20, 1908, to the late Harry and Audrey Galbraith England. He was a retired diesel mechanic, and a member of the New Corinth Christian Church in Hittville, Ky.

He is survived by his wife, Ena Jones England, of Leithcfield, four sons, Noah England Jr., of Faubush, Ky., John England of Riveria, Ariz., Michael Lee England of Flemingsburg, and Harry Luke England of Mt. Olivet; a daughter, Mrs. Ed (Nancy) Elmore, of Leitchfield.

Other survivors include two brothers, Donald England of Waynesville, Ohio, and David England of Mason County; six sisters, Mrs. Pauline Carl of August, Mrs. Dora Woodward of Maysville, Mrs. Betty Moore of Inglewood, Ohio, Mrs. Sara Nell Gerhard of Lebanon, Ohio, Mrs. Mildred Kurtz, Brooksville, and Mrs. Elizabeth Jones of Carlisle.

He also leaves 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at noon today at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
