Dorothy F. Waple, 69, of Phlipsburg, PA died on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
Born on November 4, 1951 in Saint Mary’s, PA she was the daughter of the late Simon and Jimmie (Gray) Shutters.
She was of the Christian Faith.
Dorothy had worked as a bus driver for Cen-Clear Child Services. She received her GED and graduated from CCCTC in Clearfield, PA in adult computer and business.
She is survived by: one daughter, Fawn N. Bumbarger & her husband Ronald of Woodland, PA; one son, Darrell A. LaDow & his wife Angelie of Lititz, PA; five sisters, Emma Hawker & her husband William of Brockway, PA, Alice Benevich & her husband Edward of Weedville, PA; Laurie Moser & her husband Gary of NY, Jeannette Vanyo, Gloria Busse & her husband Adolf of NY; two brothers, Simon Shutters of Weedville, PA and Andrew Shutters & his wife Rita of Weedville, PA; and three grandchildren, Starr LaDow, Nevaeh Muir and Aurora Bumbarger.
