Nelle Grass, 84, died Wednesday in Whitefish. Memorial service 2 p.m. Saturday in Austin Funeral Home; cremation has taken place. Born in Hemingford, Nebraska, received schooling there, later moved to Winnett with family. Married Oscar Badger Sept. 16, 1919, at Roundup. They owned a clothing store at Roundup for a number of years. She married Ralph Grass May 23, 1934 in Shelby. They lived in Great Falls, Lewiston, and in 1955 moved to Cut Bank. She lived in Whitefish the past three years.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Bess Waggoner of Whitefish; son Warren Grass of California; brother Rex Eager of Polson.
