Juanita Inez Cupp Amburgey, 74, of Blacksburg, died on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at her home. She was born in Roanoke, Va. on May 11, 1932 to the late James Ballard and Dora May Gearheart Cupp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver (Buster) Hubert Amburgey; brothers, Ira William (Sonny) Cupp, and James Donald Cupp; sisters, Irene Virginia Braden and Edith Mae Carr. She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Ruby and Andrew Eunice of Roanoke, and Darlene Wooten of Knoxville, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tommy McDearis officiating.
