Susan C. Cantu, age 62, of Manitowoc, passed away Saturday morning, January 16, 2021 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Susan was born on August 7, 1958 in Wayne County, MI, daughter of the late Norman Frank and Theresa Wilson. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc and attended UW-Manitowoc. On September 4, 1982 she married Manuel Cantu in Manitowoc. Together they celebrated 37 years together and had two children. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2020. Susan worked for many years at Paragon in Manitowoc. She enjoyed playing Pinochle, playing computer puzzle games and working in her flower gardens. Susan was a wonderful grandmother and loved her family dearly.
Survivors include one daughter: Stacy Cantu (fiancé Michael Reno), Manitowoc; one son and daughter-in-law: Robert (Jacquelyn) Cantu, Manitowoc; three grandchildren: Unity, Serenity and Samantha; two sisters: Sandra A. Morrow, MI, Shelley A. Ripley, Manitowoc; two brothers: Joesph C. Frank, MI, Jon F. Frank, MI; two nieces: Courtney K. Frank, MI, Sarah J. Ferreri, Manitowoc; and two nephews: Michael A. Morrow, MI, Jeremy A. Ripley, Manitowoc. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one infant child.
Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th Street, Manitowoc, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
