Bob lived in Utah all his life except when he enlisted at age sixteen in the United States Marines during WWII and fought in the Pacific. Following the War, he married Lucy Marchant and together they raised Barbara, Robert, Jacqueline, and Steven until Lucy died in 1974. In 1978, he married Gail, mother of Teri and Chris Martinez; in 1979, their son, David, was born. Following their divorce, Bob married Susan Webber in 1994, mother of Bruce, Jared, Ben, Adam, Elizabeth, Adriana, Tim, Elias, and Joshua Webber.
Bob was a parts manager with local Ford dealerships for over thirty years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He filled many callings and most recently as a Temple Worker.
Bob leaves a beloved posterity of 163 at last count and joins his wife, Lucy, and granddaughter, Lucy, in Heaven.

A viewing will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in the Hidden Oaks Ward Building, 11755 South 2000 East, Sandy. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery in Cottonwood Heights.
