Troy Verlyn Robinson, age 47 of Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay after battling Kidney disease for many years.

Troy was born in Two Rivers on January 29, 1973, to Verlyn and Virginia (Emond) Robinson. He graduated from Mishicot High School with the class of 1991, then furthered his education at Lakeshore Technical College. Troy worked at Larry's Piggly Wiggly and then Jagemann Stamping Company until he was no longer able to work because of his illness. Troy enjoyed his vehicles, playing cards and video games; watching the Badgers, Packers and Bucks games; and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Tami and Claude Ford of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; one niece and goddaughter, Ashley Ford of Madison; and one nephew, Trevor Ford of Manitowoc. He is further survived by four aunts and two uncles: Marlis Schrimpf of Mishicot, Allen (Linda) Robinson of Manitowoc, Dennis (Kathy) Robinson of Mishicot, and Gail Emond of Two Rivers; along with cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Verlyn and Virginia Robinson; grandparents: Edwin and Ethel Robinson, Harold and Marian Emond; and uncles: Allen Schrimpf and Ronald Emond.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home, 344 S. State Street, Mishicot, with entombment to follow in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy. 310, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home, Wednesday morning from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. Due to the current pandemic, social distance guidelines will be followed and masks will be required.

The family would like to thank the doctors at Froedtert and St. Vincent Hospitals for the care they have provided for Troy over the years during his illness. He was most recently cared for by Dr. Christopher Johnson at Froedtert and we thank him for his kind and compassionate care he provided.
