She was born April 27, 1981 in Springfield, the daughter of Russ and Vicki Falzone Hayes.
She attended St. Aloysius Grade School and was a member of the girls basketball team from the 6th – 8th grades. She was a 1999 graduate of Lanphier High School and also a member of the Pom Squad. She loved shopping, the outdoors, being with her family and friends and watching her brother play baseball.
She had been employed at the Illinois Secretary of State's Office as a data inputer controller for the last two years.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Russell E. Hayes, Sr.
She is survived by her parents: Russ and Vicki Hayes of Springfield, her brother: Chad Hayes of Springfield, grandparents: Sam & Bonnie Falzone and Bessie Hayes all of Springfield, several aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Funeral Services at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home with Father Chuck Edwards officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
