Dale Wayne Allen, 59, of Maidsville, passed away early Wednesday morning, March 13, 2019 at his residence. Born, June 26, 1959 in Morgantown, he was a son of the late Guy Duane and Eleanor Gay (Marshall) Allen. Survivors include his son, Billy Keyser; grandchildren Tripp Alexander and Keith Allen Keyser; and his siblings, David (Melissa), Frank, John, and Jeanne Allen (Kenneth Metz). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna.
