Orville J. Hoover, 46, of 5806 Old Heady Road, died Thursday [March 11, 1982] at Suburban Hospital after a short illness. He was a carpenter. Survivors include his wife, the former Vera Morse; two stepdaughters, Renee Jones of New Albany, IN, and Julie Joseph of Michigan; his mother, Lillian Hoover; two sisters, Lenore Gatton and Evelyn Meyer; two brothers, Walter & Alvin Hoover; and six grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road, Jeffersontown, with burial in Hopewell Cemetery.
