Florence and William continued to live in their hometown Escanaba raising William's children except for a couple of time periods in the 1930s where they resided in West Allis area of Milwaukee Co., WI. She returned to West Allis, WI in later years after William died. She was buried with her husband in Escanaba's Holy Cross Cemetery.
